Work Order Call Center Release Notes

Inspection Scheduler

Enhancements

1. Previously, the only way to schedule an inspection was to drag the inspection record from the inspection table on the left side of the Schedule Inspections screen, and then drop the inspection record into the Inspection Calendar on the right side of the screen. You can now also schedule an inspection by double-clicking on an inspection record in the inspection table in order to place it on the inspection calendar. To accomplish this, first select the appropriate day and time on the calendar in which you want to schedule the inspection. Then, double-click the appropriate inspection record from the inspection table. A message will appear confirming the inspection for the selected date and time and after clicking Yes, the inspection will then appear on the inspection calendar in the specified timeframe. (Case 851)

Path: Home tab menu > Inspections > Schedule Inspections > Schedule Inspections screen

2. The city, state, and zip code of the unit to be inspected now displays on the inspection appointment record in the inspection calendar. (Case 909)

Path: Home tab menu > Inspections > Schedule Inspections > Schedule Inspections screen

Bug Report

1. If a tenant was marked as searching for a unit, the unit was not available for a Move In inspection request in the Inspection Scheduler program. This has been corrected.

Work Order Call Center

Bug Reports

1. Previously, you were only able to create work orders for developments with units. This has been corrected so that you can now add work orders for all developments, whether they have units or not. (Case 924)

Path: Home tab menu > Work Order > Call Center > Work Order (New) screen > Development drop-down list

2. An error sometimes occurred after entering a tenant name and then trying to select a unit in order to create a work order. If the tenant name was incorrect or invalid, the program was not recognizing this and would generate an error. This has been corrected and now, if the entered tenant name is invalid, the Tenant field will automatically clear once you have selected away from it. (Case 837)

Path: Home tab menu > Work Order > Call Center > Work Order (New) screen
